Find out when someone pins your image

Note: This isn’t a sponsored post, I just thought this website was pretty cool and wanted to share.

Have you always wanted to know when someone pins an image from your website (or e-commerce site) on Pinterest?

PinAlerts is helping businesses and website owners do just that. Still in beta, PinAlerts will send you an email anytime someone pins something from your website.

Why is this so important? Besides knowing when someone is sharing photos and graphics from your website, Pinterest alerts can also help companies and individuals connect with their customers and audience.

When someone pins something of yours and you receive a PinAlert, go to the pin, like it, and leave a comment saying thank you. Because the comment is left by the company’s Pinterest account, their name is hyperlinked to the company’s pin boards.

Because of this, this will lead to more followers and hopefully additional re-pins and pins from the company’s pin boards and website. Connecting with your target audience on Pinterest is still a relatively new strategy, and PinAlerts can help improve a company’s Pinterest presence.
