pvBody Review: 2nd Month

I just received my second shipment from pvBody. Despite some frustration last month (no free tank, no return label for the pants I got last shipment, etc), I am still holding strong in the hope that they can turn out to be awesome.

This month, I got a shirt that I initially judged:

However, on, it purple makes my shoulders look awesome and it fits nicely. It would be great to wear with some tummy hiding capris. It is by 15Love and their shirts retail for $48-$70.

Then I got athletic capris from American Apparel’s new athletic sportwear line. They retail for $48. While I’m not that enthusiastic about the color (especially since they are slightly see-through), I really liked the high waistband, especially since I am apple-shaped.

Pardon the extremely bad picture-taking. Who knew that 1) I would ever show my stomach on this blog and 2) that American Apparel would make something that I actually like?! Normally their stuff comes across as cheap to me (and I am the queen of cheap). Anyway, I am satisfied with both my items this month and won’t be returning anything!
