Yes, another Mean Girls quote (P.S. Does that movie ever get any less relevant? P.P.S. Do the sequels not do the original justice or what?!).

There are two things currently pushing at my house—me, by checking out Moneyball for H to read in an attempt to get him to read more books (both because I want my 2-books-at-a-time pattern to seem more normal and to get him to come out of the basement his Breaking Bad marathon hovel).

The second big pusher in our house currently is this beauty my mom gifted to us for use in our master bedroom, which has both 20 foot ceilings and a tendency to be 20 degrees hotter than the rest of the house. After witnessing the horror that was a ceiling fan, two floor fans, and an industrial fan creating a trail of air all pointed at our bed, so knew this #firstworldproblem (P.P.P.S. that link is amazing, you should totally click on it) was one she could solve.

THANKS MOM. I love it more than the Game Boy Advance I just found in my bathroom (true story). That is definitely high praise, believe me.

And THANKS LIBRARY. For having every book I (or H) could ever ask for. I just want to give you a big hug.

Maybe let’s stick to metaphorical hugs though, this photo I found by googling ‘hugging books’ creeps me out.
